Refrigerator/Pantry Refresh

Think of this as a refrigerator/pantry detox! Sometimes it just takes a fresh pair of eyes to dig deep into those condiment shelves and pantries. How does your kitchen function for you? Do you have the tools you need to make meal preparation efficient and healthy? Are you storing your food in ways that keep it fresh; saving on food waste and expenses? Do you have routine responsibilities in your kitchen for preparation, cooking and clean up from meals? Do you have food storage that makes healthy choices visible and easy options for you and your family? Even the little things like herbs, oils, condiments and dry/canned goods can add big health benefits! I will help you with fresh ideas for food storage, food choices and organization in your kitchen.

• 45 minute session by phone, video (Zoom) or in person, locally, to discuss how your kitchen/pantry functions currently and help you create a vision to refresh it!

• 30 minute phone call and an email detailing a vision for your Refesh within one week of our initial meeting.

Grocery Gallivant

Let’s be honest…most of us are not skipping down the grocery store aisles. Unfortunately, for many people, grocery shopping is a stressful chore that can feel overwhelming. I will help you create a plan, based on your dietary preferences and wellness goals, that will help you efficiently and confidently navigate your grocery store of choice. My goal is to shed some light on fresh ideas that make shopping less stressful and set you up for success. My hope is that the grocery store experience will be the starting point on illuminating your path to wellness! After our time together, maybe you WILL be skipping down the aisles!

• 20 minute phone or video (Zoom) meeting prior to the Grocery Tour to discuss your goals
• 60 minute walking tour of preferred grocery store - Twin Cities East Metro only
• Reading food labels
• Introducing new ingredients
• Providing shopping and meal planning tips
• Guidance on going from SAD (Standard American Diet) to RAD (Rainbow Abundant Diet)
